Definition
Amulius was the last king of Alba Longa. Amulius deposed his brother Numitor, killed his niece Rhea Silvia, and left her two sons, Romulus and Remus, for dead. When Romulus and Remus reached manhood, they overthrew Amulius and restored Numitor.Related Topics
