Definition
Daughter of Laban, sister of Leah, wife of Jacob and mother of Joseph and Benjamin.
In the Old Testament Leah was the elder daughter of Laban and the first wife of Jacob. Jacob had wished to marry Laban's younger daughter Rachel but was tricked into marrying Leah first. She bore him six sons and a daughter.
In the Old Testament the son of Isaac and Rebekah and twin brother of Esau. He wrestled with God and was often devious.
